True life changer

The author's nutrition recommendation is awesome. It changed my life dramatically in a very short amount of time. I immediately felt that my intelligence and concentration levels started to increase a lot from the very first day that I followed his method. Moreover, I lost all of my excessive weight in 2 months and I feel great both mentally and physically right now.
He introduces a concept called as "The truth analysis" is life saver in the real life situations. I can interpret and analyze what people actually say during a communication much more successful comparing to me two months ago by the truth analysis method and my enhanced mental and physical abilities.

I Doubt You'll Be Disappointed

Great book by a sincere and knowledgeable author! I don't think you'll be disappointed. I got this to help improve my years of training in detecting deception (I am a police officer) and also I am a very amateur mentalist. In my 50s, it also didn't hurt to get it to help keep my mind sharp throughout the remaining years of my life. Some might not appreciate that the author is a Christian and makes it plain in his book but he does not try to preach to you or make one a convert. I'm a Christian so it was an added bonus to me. Lots to read and learn.
