Sanjiv's incorporation of Lean principles for an analysis of the leading Agile Scaling Frameworks is a refreshing and insightful remedy for what has become another maelstrom within the Agile Community: Scaling. Sanjiv provides clarity and a path forward in fewer than 50 pages. By first establishing and clarifying Lean Principles (Limit WIP, Manage The Flow, Grow Small Stable Teams, Build a Network of Small Teams, Improve Continuously) Sanjiv reminds the reader that growing The Agile Footprint doesn't mean we have to compromise or abandon these key principles and their associated practices.
