Buy the physical copy

My review is directed at the kindle edition: Don't buy it. The physical copies may be a little more expensive, but the Kindle edition is sort of a mess. No effort has been made to adapt the book to the different format, so illustrations and tables can appear several 'pages' away from the text they are supposed to be accompanying (depending on your font size setting.) Tables are represented as images as well, so get ready to be squinting at tiny text.
Also, as per usual when you get a textbook on Kindle, your professor may not acknowledge that kindle is a thing and give you reading assignments in page numbers, which you'll have to guess at. This is a problem with the professors not the product, but it's something people should be aware of.
As to the content of the book itself: it's adequate, but in some places poorly edited, containing sentences that completely fail to make sense. But who cares? Your professor chose it. You have to buy it. Spend the extra money for the paperback version, though. I hate to push people away from Kindle, but this publisher, at least, hasn't figured out how to use the format yet.

This book is one of my text books for practial nursing. It has been very frustrating to read. The information is not always clear. I have to find other books that will help me to understand the information.
